You have it too rigid. While yes her hair has sharp edges it still has rounded parts. Pay attention to the actual shapes her hair is doing and try and replicate it

You also need to have parts of the hair in the highlights that are darker than the rest. You also dont have nearly enough highlights going on

i think the face kinda looks too flat

adding more shadows that kinda emphasize the contours of the face like in ur ref might help

also i think u put the mouth a lil too low
