How do you achieve such subtle textures and blending in a digital software?
I can't tell if it's paint, watercolor, marker, gouache or a mix thereof. This would be much more simple with a traditional medium but when I attempt to reciprocate it always falls flat
I'm new to the digital medium I'm very frustrated with my lack of insight on how to apply the tools I'm given

There's a lot of ways to make your Digital art textured
First is obvs using a brush w a textured look
You could also either Download or make something the size of ur canvas that had a lot of texture
And overlay that on top
Dc ruins all texture w its compression but it looks like the top left might have done a paper like overlay while bottom right did both
You can also be insane and just handraw your textures
A common thing for manga is halftones which both shade and texture
It's rlly up to you and what look you want in the end
