I need like tips on how to make eyes better and hair too

so I need tips on how to draw eyes better like more realistic- this is also my first drawing like this so pls help 🥲🙏

First thing to remember, hair has mass on top of the head. What i do to draw hair is i sketch the absolute basic shapes of the hair. Have the general volume you want it to have. Also remember that hair is in chunks. Draw the chunks in layers from front, middle, and back. Also make sure that the hair visually flows to a specific point on the head. Now that doesnt mean directly connect it to that. Just have it so the chunks visually flow to there

Now with eyes there are various ways to do it but the absolute most important thing is to sketch out the basic shapes of the whole face. Sketch the basic shapes of the eyes so it reduces later confusion. Once you have the basic shape go into further detail but dont dive straight into line art. Keep it a sketch but make it neater than the initial sketch

Examples of how i tend to draw eyes. Not saying you have to do it my way. Just explaining how i find to overall be the most efficient across styles. Over the years ive gone through a LOT of styles. But all throughout ive found this to be most effective and easiest for people of all skill levels to be able to do
