I'm not an expert or anything and we have diff styles (I draw anime style), but even anime style requires anatomically correct placed features, as for the features themselves they are stylized, so u can take this with a grain of salt. hope this helps 👍
Something I didn't mention in this drawin is that even if you trace my suggestion, it prob wouldn't look that good cuz, well, I'm not an expert, but second also becuz the face of a female is not that long, so rn it would look pretty masculine

the corrected ear dav drew is a bit too low (should be between top of eye and bottom of nose), and the jawline doesn't need to be fixed, it's fine

I'm also not sure in the original I drew her eyelid could be seen across the nose bridge but I think I hot the angle wrong

It's much better❤️. The foundation is pretty good now, so you just gotta draw more and make drawing faces natural~ you might also wnna check out some artists you want to draw like and see how they draw faces differently from yours- it'll help alot to refine the rough edges of the drawing

I think the face is still a tad flat and the nose and mouth are way too low
Additionally the back of the head is missing and no eyebrows
