Also a nice thing to remember. If you cant find that perfect reference, make it yourself you would not believe how often i do this with hands

from the palm to the fingertips, the fingers have three segments. The knuckles are placed in curves. Your drawing's knuckles are kinda random

hands are friggin complicated, and altho we watch our own hands all day, it is amazing the things we dont notice. We all do that

those are great practice poses, btw.
