The chin is pretty pointy and it doesn't necessarily look that in 3/4 view, even in anime style. I would look for a reference

some things i noticed:

1. the head is a bit stretched diagonally to the right.
2. the arch of the eyebrow isnt aligned to the eye and eybrow
3. the chin is too sharp and inwards. it doesnt align with the center line of the face
4. the nose is too curved inwards. the bridge needs to be brought out more.
5. you can make it seem more like "a man" by adding the adams apple and neck muscles
6. the left eye is too small and aligned with the right eye
