the only thing i can say is that the hands feel off at their angles?? like the wrists don't look correct, with his left hand it should be flatter at the top and bottom, and i think his right hand's wrist should be higher up, but I highly recommend using a reference for that one. drawing hands on hips is always unnecessarily difficult lol

to add on to that-- his right hand has 5 fingers. Could be intentional?? But that's def whats part of making it look weird. And I second the other hands angle being off. One obvious thing is that the thumb is bent at an impossible angle. It's like it's missing its middle joint.

stop giving the poor man extra digits he deserves a normal hand
and his thumb on that finger is still missing a middle joint. Bending at that sharp an angle just isnt anatomically possible, which is why when ppl make peace signs they usually have their thumb crossed over their ring and pinky fingers
look up reference pictures on pintrest or better yet try doing it with ur own hand so you can understand the limits and extents of how hands/fingers can move :)
