This area where the cheek meets the nose looks flat as it is. To fix it you could push it to the right a bit to imply some definition in the cheek.
Other than that there's just some odd lighting going on in the neck

do you see any issues with edges or bluriness?

The back of the hair and the lower part of beard has too much fading going on compared to everything else. Thats the only major thing I notice. But it could just be a style. Otherwise looks fine. You can make his ear bigger or smaller but thats all preference - the ear does look blockier than everything else.

It is very soft. I’m not quite sure if that’s the style; but it fades out some details that may otherwise be there.

Do you have a ref?

Hey, this is already looking fantastic. Your forms are reading strongly.

To push this piece further, I would blend out the hard edges on the face to make it feel more like skin. You have a very sculptural feeling which is good! its pushed too far though. The hard edges in the face make the skin look so sculpted that it looks more like clay. Another good thing about this piece is that you have great shapes, meaning if all you do is blend out those hard edges, the piece still works well.

I also blended out part of the ear, clothing, and beard because those hard edges were taking too much attention away from your focal point. Its not blended out completely, the beard still has that sharp corner (which now looks sharper next to the blurred out section) and I kept the light area in the ear a hard edge. They are still focal points, but not competing as much with the face.
