Hand looks good, you might want to put the mask further into the hand and angle it a bit more towards the viewer to make it seem like it’s placed in it

Back of sleeve isn’t bending completely correct, folds of arm don’t help

The neck also looks awkward. Add a tendon to show direction? Lines are everything to show placement.

I would suggest adding more contrast

Other than that, proportion itself isn’t bad, just the way the character is presented is a bit awkward
