#Scaling beyond 250 Pages projects — feasibility for a 2,000-site migration

Hello team,
I'm the CTO of a French agency managing around 2,000 websites for SMBs. We're currently running our production on dedicated servers with WordPress, and we're planning to migrate our new production environment to static sites built with Astro, hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
The intended architecture is:

All ~2,000 domains onboarded to Cloudflare DNS
Each site deployed as an individual Cloudflare Pages project (static Astro build)

Before committing to this migration, I need to confirm one critical point: the 250 projects limit on Cloudflare Pages, which applies across all plans (Free, Pro, Business) as far as I understand. With ~2,000 sites to host, this ceiling is a blocker for us.
My questions:

Is it possible to raise this limit for our account?
What would be the right path to discuss this — Enterprise plan, dedicated sales contact, or another process?
Are there any technical considerations or alternative architectures Cloudflare would recommend for a deployment at this scale (e.g. Workers + static assets vs. individual Pages projects)?

We're open to discussing a plan upgrade if that's what unlocks the project. I'd appreciate being put in touch with someone who can give a clear answer on feasibility, as I can't move forward with the migration — or commit to Cloudflare as our hosting provider — until this point is resolved.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Do NOT follow that link. Cloudflare will never ask you to:

  • use an external Discord server to create a ticket or access official support
  • give a crypto wallet or transfer crypto funds
  • send your account username and password

If you have already joined that server, we recommend you leave immediately and do not continue interacting with the scammer.
