#Transferred Domain, worked 4 days then stopped working. Where do I go to get help?

What is the domain?
This domain was using Wix nameservers until 2 days ago... https://securitytrails.com/domain/fastresponsefire.net/history/ns

Oh man... My guys said they didn't change anything...
Oddly the domain price was credited back to us, so we assumed that's why?
Cloudflare is now the registrar. The process will have been.... 1. Onboard the domain to Cloudflare, use Cloudflare nameservers. 2. Once active, you can then transfer the domain registration to Cloudflare. But whatever happened the domain wasn't using Cloudflare before today(-ish).
I assume Wix wasn't the previous registrar? (Wix requires use of their nameservers for domain registration which blocks the onboard to Cloudflare unless you push their support very hard).
So we paid to transfer the domain on Mar 9th. Then on the 11th they credited back the amount paid.
Seems odd if you were able to pay for the domain transfer before the domain was onboarded to Cloudflare. Is it the right domain?
Yep
Its the only one in this tenant.
They always charge when you place the order, not when it was transferred.
But you shouldn't have been able to even select to transfer the domain if it wasn't yet onboarded to Cloudflare. Just a bit odd. But it's working anyway.
It's super odd! Glad it working now, just a few confusing bits, and I'd like to learns so our people never have this happen again.

How would I get in touch with Billing to ensure that the domain is paid for?
As it's Registrar related, I'd suggest a Registrar ticket
Can't find where to do that, is it in the ticket portal?
Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and select "Technical Support" then "Open a case". Select "Cloudflare Registrar" from the dropdown.
