If it's urgent then it's best to create another account and try there, unless you already had data on R2 that you need to access
do not randomly ping community members, that will not speed up things
the problem is this account contain all my website creating new one will really neeed to move all assetes to it
you said getting access to R2 was urgent, if it truly is, then that's the fastest way to get access to that product. There's still a chance of R2 access also bugging on that account, but at the same time I don't think you'll get a quick support response during the weekend.
