Can you show the dns records? Looks like the dns is not setup
You are not logged into the Cloudflare account where the domain is registered, and have instead added your domain to a second Cloudflare account.
You need to log into the account where you registered the domain.
There are 2 sets of Cloudflare nameservers resolving for the domain so the domain is added to 2 accounts. The domain registration should be seen here if you are in the correct account... https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/domains
If you have previously used the "Log in using Google/Apple" buttons and then logged in with a username and password (or the other way round) that can create separate accounts. Or check the email address that Cloudflare sent the domain registration info to is the same as being used for login. Otherwise, log out of the dashboard and use "Forgot your email".
Because the account you are using isn't the one with the domain in it. The domain is active and working, you only see this because the nameservers in use don't match those in the account you are logged into.
If you don't get anywhere, raise a Registrar support ticket to ask for help. In my experience every case where a user has posted back, they found they had set up another account. That's not to say there isn't another possible problem, but no-one has ever come back to say that so if you find a different result it would be good to know.
Is the domain here? https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/domains
Not the correct account then. As in the link above, if the nameservers on the DNS page are sneh and nile, that is the correct account. If they are nelly and sevki, that is the wrong account.
I suggest raising the ticket. It's possible that using both the "Log in with" and username/password has orphaned the account where the domain is registered and tied both to the new account. But that's a guess. Support will be able to see what has happened.
No, the domain can be added as a DNS zone in many accounts. But it can only be registered (and the DNS zone therefore active) in one account.
What is the ticket number?
I've flagged your ticket number, hopefully you'll get followup soon.
If the nameservers on the DNS page are sneh and nile, that's where you need to manage the domain.
Are nelly and sevki specific nameservers for this issue?
