#Performance Issue with R2 Access from France - Need Assistance

Please do not post your question in multiple channels/post it multiple times per the rules at #😃welcome-and-rules. It creates confusion for people trying to help you and doesn't get your issue or question solved any faster.
It has been posted in the R2 forum, but a day has passed and no official personnel have offered assistance.😫
Rules are still rules.
And, if you, as you mentioned both here and in #r2, require an "official team member" to look at the issue, then you need to follow what @quick gust triggered in #r2 message and create a ticket.
@ocean quartz We have tried submitting the R2 issue through your ticketing system, but it shows that we cannot submit it because the system prompts us to contact you directly through the Discord channel.

Link your account, and it will be easier for an employee to find your Cloudflare account, and get back to you at some time.
Note: I cannot guarantee that "at some time" will fit in to your calculations or expectations of "urgent". -
Explain your issue to the community, and then maybe a community member can dig in to the issue with you, and perhaps come to a conclusion much faster, than if you mandate "an official team member".

Please use the </link:1363806217352253470> command to authenticate with your Cloudflare account and link it to your Discord user. This helps Cloudflare employees access your details more quickly and provide support. It also makes future support requests easier, since your account will already be linked.
