This is my first time adding a route to a worker, and it says it requires a zone. do i need to register a custom domain to make a zone?

A zone is an active website in your account (under websites). Worker custom domains are an alternative to routes and are recommended unless you want the worker to run in front of a normal origin/modifying response stuff

i'm not too well versed in explaining what i'm doing but I've been trying to make a static page grab txt files from an api using get requests. I tried to use r2 buckets but the save ui button is missing and I'm not able to use wrangler due to system issues. i was trying to follow a tutorial to find another way.
