#DKIM record problem

I generated DKIM record in GSuite and added it to DNS settings of domain in Cloudflare. I pushed on Authenticate in GSuite - but it never gets authenticated just hangs. After couple of weeks I stopped authentication, deleted all related records in Gsuite and Cloudflare, repeated the process again - still hangs. I doublechecked that I put it correctly into Cloudflare, seems right) I need help ! seems like on free plan I cannot reach to the team or assistance? =/

now?

actually, don't

#

Can you share the record you were asked to create?

inner coyote
#

TXT record...and it adds domain name behind dkim name

golden nebula
#

yes, can you share the full value? I can see the TXT record, but I obviously can't tell if it's correct.

i cannot reveal key itself

golden nebula
#

yes you can, there's nothing private about it

#

the reason you're putting it in DNS is so that everyone can see it

Yes, that looks good. If the verification fails on Google, there's a problem on their end.

Check the obvious things first, for example that you spelled your domain correctly on Google.

spelling seems ok

#

i created account with this domain and now it showed just domain name in select box in GSuite

#

and DMARC and SPF verify ok when I run check

#

it says it takes 48h for dns to propagate..I changed record actually today...so I hope it finally authenticates. but it didnt previous 2 times...tried like 2 weeks ago and a previous week. it hangs in authentication

It takes seconds at most. If it doesn't work now, it won't tomorrow

You'll need to contact Google support if the record fails to verify.

#

could be nice to see logs from somewhere

golden nebula
#

You can see on dnschecker that the record works as you entered it. If Google fails to verify it, they'll need to figure out why.

inner coyote
#

how you see dnschecker? is it in terminal or some other tool?

I sent you a link

will try to figure out why google hangs
