What does Argo Smart Sheild (which i recently cancelled) got to do with domain registrations and auto renews. Nothing I would say,; but then why such a peculiar auto cancellation email.

Can anyone explain this?

Hi there,

We wanted to inform you that your Smart Shield Argo subscription is scheduled for cancellation on November 1.

This means you will no longer benefit from secure registration and domain management with Cloudflare's transparent, no-markup pricing.

The cancellation will not impact your domain's current expiration date but prevent it from auto-renewing. You can continue to use Cloudflare Registrar for the remaining time. You will need to transfer your domain away from Cloudflare or renew your subscription prior to expiration.

It does seem like a mix of 2 different services that have nothing to do with each other, cancelling one should have no effect on domain renewals and auto registrations.

it says i need to transfe rmy domain away?! must be incorrect argo smart routing has to do with caching and network speed

i am paying for pages pro plan, and workers.... just cancelled argo.

@past thicket @shadow pollen was there any solution to this? I just canceled Argo after using it for a day, It didn't really make much of a difference for me. Now I get an email saying I won't be able to use domain management anymore 🙁 ?
