You only need the AAAA

Cloudflare's proxy automatically supports both IPv4 and IPV6, even if you only provide one or the other for your "origin"
ok, I understand that one is useless and don't change the cloudflare behavior
mhh I actually see something different. with only AAAA it not timeout after 10 seconds. If I have both, then a non-existent subdomain take 10 seconds before a fail
so your solution (only AAAA) resolve this. thanks 🙂
it's originless. it's normal. I don't have any host. my question is more: why it's sometime the 522, and sometime the connection timed out

I meant, what is supposed to respond here? When you have an "origin"-less subdomain, you still have something responding. Is that a Worker, or a Rule, or...?
