I do not have a "Change Nameservers" button in the DNS tab.

Which provider is this?
It is the Registered Agent service for my LLC
I meant the provider that is giving you the nameservers. What's their name?
Idaho Registered Agent is the hosting provider that gave me the nameservers
Idaho registered agent service for $35/year, plus get immediate forms and filing instructions to incorporate a business or register an LLC in Idaho.
You cannot use a provider which does not support non-NS setups. You would need to use a different provider, or transfer your domain to a different registrar
So if I add the nameservers IP address that i grabbed from a dns propogation as an A record that wouldn't work?
No, you would need to pull all of the DNS records from the nameservers and copy them over to Cloudflare(or request them from your provider)
Because the nameservers for example.com might serve DNS records for foo.bar.example.com
Ah okay, I'll try to give them another call and see if I get someone else that'll give them to me
Yeah, generally most providers are able to give you A/AAAA/CNAME records, they just like using NS records because it makes management easier.
But I can’t speak to individual providers, so your mileage may vary
Yeah I thought it was odd. I'm thinking maybe the lady I was talking to just didn't know how or something
That might be, too. I usually ask for the provider so I can do some digging(as I’ve learned some like to hide it in weird places), but this one definitely looks to be sparse on details when it comes to documentation
Yeah, guess I get what I pay for lol
Scratch that, I found the hosting provider they go through to provide hosting, and it's $1 cheaper
