My page is blocked and showing phishing url info just because some stupid person filled a report that my page contains malware when it's not the case and it's fully clean. What the hell is this.

They just block your page without any investigation and won't unblock it, no evidence shown anywhere of malware.

they do, that reply is telling you they dont accept abuse reports there which is not what youre doing, so you just need to reply once more with the two bullet pointed things its asking for
if you said those in your initial email then just repeat them again to keep their automation happy

My page is fully clean, there is no malware.

Hello all. I came here to share my recent experience as well.
Our site has always been clean, but got blocked over the dumbest phishing report i have ever laid my eyes upon. Three work days and couple emails later, absolutely nothing has changed. We also requested review via administration, but still didn't get any kind of response whatsoever. I am beyond frustrated. I would be grateful for any assistance.

as i mentioned to the last person, there isn't anything that anyone in the server can do as the staff who frequent here (worth clarifying here im not staff) aren't here for this and aren't the right people to handle this anyway as cloudflares t&s team only take requests over their official mediums, which i agree is more than a little bizarre if they don't respond on those but there isn't anything i can do about it

Isn't it weird that 3 weeks has been passed and nothing has been done, and we can't connect anyone to look into this, and no staff here will help us?
Like, anyone can fill those abuse form and block any site, and no one is there to undo it if report was wrong?
I mean, they are a team in a same company, can't some staff ask them to check on it, how hard it can be do this, or are they like Gods, people can't reach them easily.

Hi, sorry for the frustrating experience you've had. As Erisa mentioned, the T&S team handles these issues exclusively through their official channels. This process is strict for legal and privacy reasons, and we don’t have access to look into or influence these cases
