I saw this in the billing, which said I have Argo Routing enabled for my domain. However, I don't see it as enabled at the same time from the menu. It billed me 5$, so I canceled it through the subscription menu for now.
Can someone from Cloudflare help me understand why I was seeing Argo Smart routing at the same time I didn't enable it?

You had it disabled but the subscription was still active
this is what it looks like before you buy it/activate it
there's a little note under pricing too
Note: If you de-activate Argo but do not cancel your Argo subscription, you will still be billed USD $5.00 per month. Review your subscriptions
