ive been trying to verify my ownership of the domain by chancging the nameservers and stuff like that but it has gone 2 weeks and they still havent verifyed it so ive talked to the support on the websitie i purchesed my domain and they keep saying that the issue is on cloudflares side ive tried everything deleting the domain and starting the steps agin ive deleted and readed the nameservers ive added the dns records by hand

Interesting... I have purchased few domains from Godaddy and changed nameservers to cloudflare and it only took me less than 30mins

Okay, can you double check if you have properly changed the NS servers on Namecheap?
The domain is not resolving to any name servers.
I never used namecheap before but if you could share some screenshot of the nameserver settings on their dashboard then I might be able to help

There is a mismatch on domain name.
On cloudflare it says: snowsveil.pro
And one Namecheap it says snowveil.pro
