I got a domain which [email protected] and I have entered the auth code but now its stuck at the Confirm Contact Information Page --> Payment where the circle keeps spinning and nothing happens... Am I doing anything wrong?

I understand that you tried to use incognito mode. Did you make an attempt to using different device with incognito mode without any plugins enabled? You may give it a try. If the issue persists, you got to contact the support.

Yes i tried it... Unfortunately at this point cant contact support since this a pro plan

I can try and find the instruction. But, anyone can open a Registrar ticket. I've never done it, but it's been described how to do, one moment.
