i really dont care... i run a company and its been a week... sense ive been BLOCKED on everything
I tried calling the CloudFlare and Report it... but still nothing...
no one Answers the Phones.. or really is trying to help me...
Ive reset my IP.... Reset ALOT and im still considered BLOCKED even on the CloudFlare Website it blocks me
If you're having trouble passing Cloudflare Turnstile or Managed Challenges, you can try taking the following steps:
- Check your browser and use a different one if necessary. Cloudflare challenges support the latest versions of popular browsers but some forks (such as Pale Moon) are not supported. See this link for more info: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/get-started/concepts/cloudflare-challenges/#supported-browsers
- Disable your browser extensions. Sometimes browser extensions can cause Cloudflare challenges to block your browser.
- Scan your computer for malware (for example, using a free tool such as Malwarebytes). Sometimes malware can cause Cloudflare challenges to detect your computer as malicious and block it.
i used 3 Different Browsers still the same thing
all blocked on all browsers
Chrone, internet Explore, fireFox..
and this applies to any device in your network? (e.g cellphones, other computers) as well? or only this machine
its Video Games i play, and websites i use
Only Computer my Phone was Blocked for a moment but it started to act right
Also a side note: discord is protected by cloudflare as well, but you seem to be able to use that just fine
So that already suggests it's not a cloudflare issue
no
is your browser up to date? are you running any extensions? is your system time synchronized? please also refer to the message by the bot: #1342164565315817482 message
yes to all..
you just said yes to all
which included me asking whether you were running any extensions
YES AS IN I DID ALL THAT
ah
well that's pretty unfortunate, I'd recommend waiting until a community champion or cf employee responds to your thread
i even went and change my IP to see if that would work.. and it did nothing
this is very unlikely to be an IP issue
1.1.1.1 is what im also running on DNS
and that is CloudFlare servers so im super confused on why i cant get into CloudFlare sites that require Verfication
its not just me Alone.. I have 6 other people dealing with the same issue
in 1 chat group alone
check that your ip is not in spam databases. also verify that no malicious software / browser extensions present on your systems, they can generate some bad traffic
ok how?
I went to CMD and IPconfig /release and /Renew it... so my IP should be okay.... but i have no Extensions...
and Also as for Mal ware... this happened after Cloudflare had a update
reinstall your OS then call your provider to change your IP address
u cant tell me that the whole community im in had the same Malware or what ever happen to alll of us at the same time.. and not blame Cloudflare
yeah No... im not reinstalling my OS system on my Company computer.
i am Under attack... by CloudFlare and i will get Lawyers involved because of Cloudflare
they Dont even Answers their Company Phone number... bruh

I don't know too much about how this works, but I've had success with this issue by turning off any VPN software I am using, connecting via my phone hotspot and using incognito mode in the browser. If you do all of those things at once, does it work for you? I appreciate that it's not a good long term solution, but it does rule out some other issues.
i dont use a VPN its useless
also incognito mode doesnt work.. still doing the same thing
Fair enough just figured that as you said you were running a company you might use one to access company servers etc.
even with the laptop connected via a phone hotspot
very odd, so there are no common factors between the devices getting blocked vs the ones that are allowed through
yeah im 100% confused on why it stop... i even rolled back a day prior on the PC when it first happened... and it still the same
i didn't make no changes or anything
yh I'm out of ideas if there are no common factors that is very strange
it wont work on 3 different browsers .. all websites up to date.. my time is Sync and i have no extentions
i tried the CMD releasing my IP and Renewing it... and still not letting me Verify
I'm pretty sure that changes your private IP (which matters to devices on the same internal network, like WiFi) and won't make a difference to Cloudflare. When we say about IP reputation, that's about your public IP. To change your public IP, you need to contact your ISP, although if your public IP was the issue, then your phone hotspot would have worked.
or my roommates Desktop
my room mate is still able to access it on his desktop
its only the Laptop
so it works on his device but not yours
yes
and they are on the same wifi network
yes
so for some reason Cloudflare's threat prevention system doesn't like your laptop
i believe so....
like at this point ill give u access to my computer to try to figure it out if you want
its been a week
I can't do that, especially if it's got business data on it that's a bad idea
if someone from Cloudflare wants to jump in though and do that it would be great though
its my own company and i dont mind
just to check have you run a virus scan on your laptop
apologies if you have already said this earlier in the chat but I didn't spot it
Can you try restarting into safe mode with networking and open Edge and try from there
that will rule out if it's a misbehaving app on your computer
okay give me a moment to remember how to open in safe mode again XD been a long time
I found this random guide on Google if that helps https://www.pcguide.com/windows-11/how-to/start-in-safe-mode-with-networking/
im on window 10 does it make a difference?
Rather be on windows 7 XD that was the best one
I'm pretty sure the steps are the same
yh but that's EOL so doesn't get security updates unless you have a fancy contract with Microsoft
facts
brb gonna try to start up in safe mode
okay im in Safe mode now and it is working.. it is allowing me to Verify
now XD how do i make it work outside of safe mode is the real question
oh ok so some piece of software on your computer is making it unhappy
run a virus scan with another tool
from within safe mode
any ones u recommend?
Windows Defender will probably be fine as it's built in and should work
If nothing comes up on there though it's worth getting a second opinion from another tool
and u are in safe mode?
yeah should i restart back in normal mode?
yh something is up with ur computer if windows defender is disabled
no
let me find another scanning tool
I've used Norton Power Eraser and had good results, but it was a while back before they got acquired
Norton Power Eraser (NPE) is a free virus removal tool for Windows. It detects and removes viruses, malwares, spywares, trojans and threats from your computer.
Very odd, your defender window is blank but Norton says no issues?
Maybe restart into normal mode, check if the issue is still there?
do i just restart like normal to get me out of safe mode?
Yep
oki one second
At least I think so let me know if it doesn't work
ok im in normal mode. it wont let me into the site. and im redoing the scan.
it is allowing windows Defender to work now
ok can you do a scan with Defender then
no threats on Norton power
could it be my windows Defender?
saids no Virus
i am doing a full scan.. didn't realize it was on a quick scan.
Yh a full scan is advisable, also check you have nothing listed under Allowed threats
were do i go to find that?
like i know 60% of what i am doing XD
nvm found it. and their are non
full scan will take a long long moment i will message with results once done
oki
so.....
CCleaner
i deleted it and
now it works?
welp....
it was either a Program called Servay junky. or CCLeaner
i deleted both at the same time and it unlocked me from the sites
Hi, apologies from being afk, but good to hear that it's fixed!
its okay. but it is weird why i was blocked because of an Anti-Virus software.
or the other program but as soon as i delete it, it worked. so im not complaining
Some AV does SSL inspection. There's a chance it was doing some funny business.
Sounds like your "business" could benefit from some professional IT support to help you manage issues like this. It's not Cloudflare's (or anyone else's) job to do the work for you, especially for free. Mind you while Cloudflare maintains this server, this is mainly community driven. It is not an official channel for support requests from Cloudflare.
Also phone support is only for Enterprise customers. If you really feel you are justified for phone support, that's something you'd need to invest in for said "business" or community as you also referred to.
https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/contacting-cloudflare-support/
Rip XD. Bruh.. when out of no were CloudFlare blocks websites for no reason because they did a update and not telling me what program it is to fix said problem it is their problem. am i really wrong on this?
refer to this message, it is not cloudflares job to account for random programs messing with your network
Yes, you are. your programs have updates and changes, too. Just because YOU didn't control and maintain the update in a production rollout schedule to ensure there are no conflicts doesn't mean Cloudflare needs to fix your problems. Like I said, if you are unable to support this need in your business then you should invest in a dedicated IT team to do it for you.
Cloudflare blocks everything for a reason and it is very very rare that they have errors and false positives from their own doing.
Also like I said, if you expect Cloudflare to step in and help you be that IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues then you best be prepared to fork over the money for a business or enterprise plan. If you really are running a business and feel it's impacting your revenue then this should be discussed at your next meeting.
personally I wouldn't think it wise as this isn't really in Cloudflare's scope for support, but that's something you could discuss with them on the Enterprise plan for your needs.
Again dude I'm not gonna agrue with ignorance.
