Today i received some very weird emails, about purchases i didn't done, and when i opened i couldn't find anything on the account not the invoices nor the work i have on it!! i need help ASAP

support is the only way to access your account if you cannot login, I would also try incognito mode or another device if you cannot get to the support page linked above

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
