i have an unpaid bill. created a ticket and also sent an email, no one has reverted. please check. i am not able to add new domains to my account.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.

Those issues can only be resolved through billing tickets. If you can't pay it manually then you'll have to contact them. Billing's a bit slow right now with all the issues but they should eventually get to you
