you mean from the warp app or what exactly? I would test ping ping 1.1.1.1 and trace route tracert 1.1.1.1 to start with

im on the desktop version, and theres 2 option, connecting 1.1.1.1 or 1.1.1.1 with warp, for the last 4 days i can only connect to the WARP 1.1.1.1, not the warpless

1.1.1.1 w/ warp is the VPN, 1.1.1.1 alone is just Encrypted DNS (either over DNS over HTTPS or DNS over TLS). If you can't pick the warpless way I would guess you have a firewall blocking it/your isp is blocking it/etc

that ping/trace shows you do have some connectivity to 1.1.1.1 (although that latency and varience is pretty bad)
