what is a "fake pdf"? You mean a PDF made with AI?
Most CF has that I can think of is for Enterprise users they have WAF Content Scanning: https://developers.cloudflare.com/waf/about/content-scanning/ , basiclaly virus scanning for uploaded objects

PDFs can have digital signatures but otherwise you're asking for how you can detect AI generated content/incorrect stuff? A Tough problem which I don't think there's been any great solution for, there's lots of "AI Detector" stuff out there usually being pretty meh.
