Those mtrs are too censored to get any real information from, but loss or latency on a specific hop that doesn't go to the end doesn't matter. To routers, ICMP not important and often rate limited

If you got loss on a specific hop that continued forward then that could be an issue. "having trouble connecting" is a bit too vague as well, and could be a ton of things other then simple connectivity issues.
Hypixel isn't responding to ICMP/pings at all on their end, so traceroute/mtr doesn't know where to drop, hence why you get those last ~8-30 hops just being useless
so tldr its hypixel's issue?
You haven't described anything about the specific issue enough to say that. All I can say based off what you've provided is that loss on that specific hop which doesn't carry on is of no concern
tbh idk how to discribe it , so i can sometimes manage to join the game by constantly switching proxies mc.hypixel.net , play.hypixel.net , xxx.hypixel.net etc , and it works sometimes and i get to play 10mins - 1 hr before it lags out again
only happens to hypixel
any other server is fine with no issues
are you on a network with a restrictive firewall/restricted network/school/work internet kind of setup?
