chatgpt shows me this command, but i couldn't found any documentation

The most supported CLI would probably be Terraform: https://developers.cloudflare.com/terraform
There might be third-party tools/tools you can build yourself, but this is the only one that I know of that is official

ahh ok thanks, i need to learn terraform to use this option... sounds difficult... but i really hope there is any reliable and smart third party option,
