#Hey there! I'm having some trouble with an SSL free certificate on my website. CloudFlare is active.

What's your website url?
papacoin.club
but with cloudflare I think the http:// goes first
DNSSEC is enabled/configured at your Registrar, GoDaddy, with an invalid configuration. Perhaps just setup wrongly, or for a different Cloudflare setup/DNS Host.
; EDE: 9 (DNSKEY Missing): (no SEP matching the DS found for papacoin.club.)

You’ll want to either outright disable DNSSEC, or update your DNSSEC configuration with the information Cloudflare gives you:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/additional-options/dnssec/
These changes to your DNSSEC Configuration can be done at your Registrar, GoDaddy.
It's not enabled in Cloudflare yea, it's enabled at your Registrar
DNSSEC: signedDelegation
Ok so I should enable it on cloudflare, disable it on GoDaddy, both...?
Literally this is the only thing that is left and I don't know to do hahaha
well not both of those actions, it's up to you though. DNSSEC is an optional security mechanism of which its usefulness is debated.
You'll want to either:
- Disable it in GoDaddy, don't touch in CF (disabling it)
- Enable it in Cloudflare, copy the settings they give you over into GoDaddy (setting it up right)
and then wait a few hours for dns update/propogation
I'm in GoDaddy and in the DNS section, but I can't find "dnssec" section, maybe it's with another name?
Hmmm
That isn't appearing on the DNS section
I am not the owner of the account but I have access to products and domains
hmmm, do you see the other tabs "nameservers" and "hostnames"?
either you don't have permission or godaddy's ui changed, or you're looking at the wrong spot
Alright, I'll ask the owner of the account
