I requested our bot be whitelisted last Thursday via this google form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdqYNuULEypMnp4i5pROSc-uP6x65Xub9svD27mb8JChA_-XA/viewform

We've tried to run the bot several times since Monday, each time we're still receiving 403 errors. Does anyone know how long these whitelisting requests typically take? I didn't receive any email acknowledgement of the request (apart from the form itself) and I have no way to check the status of my whitelisting request.

Not even sure this is the correct place to ask, but at this point in time I can't find an alternative way to contact CF.

Cloudflare Bot Verification

Cloudflare can allowlist good bots so they are not blocked by Bot Management. Once approved, these bots become "verified" and are often excluded from Firewall Rules. Please fill out this form if you own/operate a bot.

I'm not sure how long the average request takes, but I do know there is a new preferred form in the dashboard itself under Manage Accounts -> Configurations -> Verified Bots
