Hey, Page rules are deprecated. There are currently other options for redirects: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/concepts/redirects/

Cloudflare offers a variety of ways to perform URL redirects, which tell a visitor’s browser that the location of a page has been changed.

You need to have a proxied record which exists so the traffic hits Cloudflare. under DNS -> Records create
AAAA @ 100:: Proxied

Then just wait for dns cache/propagation

have you tried settings the redirect to bew from https:// instead of http://?

see the redirect rule here is set to http://

i think cloudflare is first redirecting http://rkglobaltransit.com to https://rkglobaltransit.com, then the redirected version does not match the page rule
