I’m just having issues getting the sub www to direct to my domain apex. I have a page rule in place, I tried a bulk redirect from support articles. Any ways, it did work, now it’s not and I can’t figure out why. Mainly trying to make sure I set it up correctly and/or if a better option like a bulk redirect rule. Also, just having general issues getting help. I used support articles to get setup but it’s not working and I can’t find any other solutions.

What is the error you get and what is the rule setup? You may be missing a DNS record

Sorry, rule setup is www.domain.com/* to domain.com/$1

Ah yeah that error definitely means youre missing a DNS record

If you have an alias domain that only forwards traffic to another domain, you can set up redirects directly within Cloudflare.

Which instructs to create an A record with 192.0.2.1 for the domain(s) you want to redirect. Don't do this for ones that you don't want to redirect, keep them at their original values

Yes that seems to work. Thanks. Did have one of the records missing. I should delete the page rule then I’m guessing?
