Please I need to be able to save images to my r2 bucket in php and also be able to view these images using php code, I have not been able to find the php api docs for this. Please help

Look for Wordpress plugins that support S3 compatible storage and you should be able to use R2 with them. Also for future reference please make your own post

I didn't respond before because I didn't want to be "self-promoy", but... as @errant ice mentioned, any S3 compatible system should work. You can also "super easy mode" it with a WordPress plugin I released a few days ago. Makes your WordPress media library automatically use R2 (orange clouds there are in R2).
