Yes, it works for some with no problem, like from my phone, but the i have issues accessing it from my pc

I think then the problem is not from cloudflare side! Check for logs on your server!

Force refresh a couple times. What’s happening is that some requests are failing and your origin is timing out or having some error which makes that request fail
You need logs to see what is happening
