Today my container randomly failed to serve a few hosts, but did not have any issues in the days prior. Configurations weren't changed and currently it is only serving one of these hosts

Can you elaborate on failed do serve host? Are you seeing an error page or just no connection?

so im not sure what they're paying you, but whatever it is- they need to increase it

It's weird that I never edited that before and when I made that portion of the site and links I never updated that page and it worked just fine

You can check the audit log the see when the DNS records were edited
