I reeeeallly like the shoes in this one tbh, I like ankle boots so much (if it's not already obvious so far)
The shoes are inspired by Clorinde's from Genshin Impact btw. (Again with the Victorian like style of the shoes)
This dress actually has like, layers total, two top pieces, then 4 of the skirt pieces.
I ended going with a garter belts and stockings, which you can't really see the garter belts since it's under the skirt, but nonetheless, it's there to add more variety to the bare legs.
The headband with the ruffles is kinda tedious so not my preferred and the corset part is not my favorite either, but overall I rate this outfit a 8.2/10!
