1- In town, look for the Equipment NPC.
Where you refine it.
2- Choose the NPC's first option.
3- Then go to the equipment and reforge it.
Each reforge gives you a different stat and quantity.

The good thing is that we're testing on a "test" server, since we'll be officially playing on the global server.
So, it's okay to make mistakes in these areas, especially with builds and talents, because when we launch globally, we won't make the same mistakes.
