continue to harvest the corners and replant them, if after a few generations it doesn't change colors at all, replant them, change the middle flower with another middle, if it produces new types, then you can breed black flower with a bit of luck, if it doesn't change you might need to replant random seeds in the corners and try your luck this way, by doing that enough times and replanting different purple rarities on the corners while having a purple rarity on the center that is different than the ones you planted on the corners, then you can get black eventually

I think you can only kick one person at a time, not terminate all at once--though the 'kick' button does say 'terminate shared homestead.'

Thus, there probably isn't a mechanism by which a new owner can be assigned.

its extremely buggy, especially with scrolling. The only solution to not occasionally using blue fertilizer is to never have any in inventory.

Depends on what you want. More money? Then its not blacks you want but the highest cost ones. Hydrangeas take so long to mature

There are purple roses that sell for ~95 and give their seeds back, unlike blacks that don't give seeds back so you just hope you get more of them
