I'm coming back from S1 and was wondering if dual specs have a better way to get their abilities skilled up with books? Before it was pretty much spend all your books on your main spec and occasionally use some on an off spec if you had extra etc. I guess what I'm getting at is do off specs still share the same book pool or have they made a way to respend all of them on your secondary spec.

What you can do is spend all your books on a single spec, and then use the npc to reset your spec (make sure to do the event reset)

You craft gear to get the main stat you want but you eventually drop it anyways for yellow gear that have your preferred secondary stat or for the raid set.

Basically it’s temp gear that’s slightly better than purple

This happens when the server is becoming desync'd from you/reality. Or your own system clock is drifting (which a reboot would solve). It is more often than not, the server though. I have a fix to ignore the server desync that will be included in an upcoming update (currently set for sometime next week/weekend)
