Do your story, do your trial path, do aironas talent training quests, get some basic 160 gear (should have gotten some already for free), find the reclaim hub in the shop, go to maxroll and follow a guide for the class you want

it sounds like a lot, and it kind of is, but it shouldnt take too long

my daily list is something like

check mystery store for good items
guild checkin/cargo
spend focus points if near cap
use boss and elite keys if near cap
do unstable space
do bureau commissions (at least until I max everything out in bahamar)
tend to my homestead
if Im not at 500 daily points in the season hub by then I tend to go do something to reach it

bureau comms/homestead/daily points arent very useful, so Id skip them if Im low on time, and the rest doesnt take very long

daily points important for dream exp and rose orbs
homestead isnt that useful if you didnt focus on it day 1. you'd be too far behind on lifeskill levels to do anything with it

i believe it's +30% damage to the base, making it 165+30=195 per arrow. it'll cap out at 195x8=1560%, compared to 165x10=1650%. i think you need about 22 procs of PA for the 10 shots to finally start doing more total damage, which you start getting after about 2 minutes of battle
