Those numbers do not fit the actual M5 difficulty, like in S1, so ye the only option is spend or wait next reset for more reforge stones to increase the score and reach 40K minimum (for dps)

if you're doing all the weeklies/dailies available as a F2P, you should have your first raid piece by next week (and next week should also be able to tackle M4 which gets you 1800 MS, which gives you enough raid gear currency to get the 2-set bonus)

You at a spot where theres gonna be like a huge amount of people and even though you arent displaying them they still affect the server response times in that area.
I get the game hanging too in areas where theres alot of constant animations like afk areas and such.
I think like any game the more patches released the worse the optimisation becomes ime atleast.

Well yah. I know. It's been an issue since release (but no to this extent ... FWIW, the boss chest didn't spawn either for me and I waited 5 minutes after), but I was more concerned about my steam client causing/experiencing more issues since yesterday. Most F2P/Dolphins in my guild are around 37-38. Psychoscope is huge score bonuses are you Season Level 60 yet? You should be today even if you haven't grinded out a single AFK session.

I don't know exact scores but mine was like 35.5k, our tank was just below me, and we had a beatmaster that I don't know but I think they're around same.

Then a big DPS who is probably 39-40k and another beatmaster about that level. :x

As a Lifebind ( which ironically is the best non tank class to roll as a new player ) all you really need to focus on is getting Tina as high as you can really.

Depends if you are a tank that can deal damage ( HG ) and have the imagines to enable that or not.

You honestly play too many classes ( Tank / Heal / Icicle ) so that makes it more difficult to recommend any singular investment imo.

If your guild doesn't have many people with high ranking Tina, you could just go for T3 Tina which boosts your heal and tank.

Speed Variant - Berserker: Fast and nonstop hits, replaces goonstrike because frick goonstrikes

As far as I know. A Verdant Oracle's Inspire buffs Int/Agi/Str at a flat stat, while giving a certain % to Crit/Haste/Mastery/Versatility (LB does this at a buffed level)
A Concerto buffs Int/Agi/Str from a certain percent of their Int stat.
Idk what makes you say they're not doing the same thing at all (except that VO Inspire buffs advanced stats and hence why I said almost)

Thats wrong. Concerto is still the favourable buffer for a few damage dealers, lifebind only excels at buffing a specific few. Also many whale teams run both lifebind AND concerto for separate buffs
