You can try to time a break on it just before the spin attack but it’s not reliable

Also a supports silence skill will not interrupt a cast from a boss, nor will anything that states the terminology « interrupt ». If you click the wording, it will explicitly tell you that it’s ineffective against bosses

Also scales well on investment, wouldn't be as good as Falconry

Falconry doesn't rely on crit to the extent of the rotation not working or bricking itself if you don't crit

Not critting on Falconry will be slight DPS loss, not critting on Iaido massive DPS loss + rotation suddenly impossible

They probably mean meta wise, Iaido was the #1 DPS in Season 1 and Falconry is now one of the best in season 2.

They also scale the same getting better mid to late game due to crit.

I'd actually say the #1 F2P DPS in season 1 was Iaido if you knew how to gear and didn't fall into the refine trap, and #1 F2P DPS in season 2 Is Falconry.

Moonstrike was #1 whale dps in season 1 and Icicle / aerial / moonstrike #1 in season 2
