@jaunty jungle I figured it out. I downloaded the game on a different device because the website wouldn't let me reset my password. When i downloaded on a different device the aplus login let me reset my password so i was able to go back to the account linking on the website after reset and link my account. Now it recognized my role ID/account and then i was able to link my discord.

So most of my friends that I play with are just over 1000 illusion strength, while I am only 723. Appears that I have missed out on a heap of reforge stones. Not sure where I missed this but I am told people got a full set of purple gear plus a heap of stones and other stuff in a mail. I did not get a mail afaik but did get a weird popup yesterday to open something which gave me the full set of purple gear (i was pretty annoyed as I had actually purchased a heap of it prior). So I suspect I may be missing some of the other awards from this 'email' including the 50 stones. (Is 50 stones enough to get 300 illusion str?). Anyone got any advise?

Afk grinding cocoons raise psychoscope level (to 25), also some whales with t5 golden imagines get extra illusion score when placing into their psychoscope slots, and also ocean weapon users get more illusion score too

hey idk if you were helped already but the reason this is happening is because S2 introduced the concept of 'field owners' and you were not the one who placed those fields. you however did plant the seed so it shows your name as the seed owner but you cannot harvest because you don't own the field. you can buy your own fields in the store now and place them and plant your seeds there (up to 20 fields per person)

After investing more than 440 hours into this game, I have encountered a critical issue during the first Season 2 cutscene, specifically during the goblin rush sequence. The game consistently freezes within the cutscene instance. When I log out and back in, my character is automatically returned to the same frozen cutscene every time.
If I attempt to fast‑travel immediately upon loading in, the game successfully moves me to the new area, but then forcibly triggers the same cutscene again, resulting in another freeze.
I have reached out through the official Discord, submitted a support ticket, and contacted support directly through the website. The only response I have received is the suggestion to uninstall and reinstall the game. I have already done this. I have also attempted logging in on a different device, using a VPN, and verifying the game files. None of these steps have resolved the issue.
At this point, it is clear that the problem is server‑side. My character is stuck in a corrupted cutscene instance, and the only resolution needed is for support to either relocate my character or reset the associated quest flag

You could try creating a 2nd character and playing it for a bit then see if anything changes when you go back to the main.

you get 1 gold every week guaranteed

so by the time we get 160 gear

you got full set of sigils

even two or 3 with events n stuff
