We don't know. Season 2 keeps the same lvl 60 cap, but uses the Dream power mechanic which is Season 2 specific power.

and the leap ability afaik is basically useless for rally

doom bane (the chinese themed mount in orb fashion store) and firecracker (dungeon master mount reward) are close because the latter has a higher sprint and more dashes, but the former has a leap-dash refresh

fox/hoverbike are actually the 3rd most competitive iirc, they have by far the fastest non-leap abilities

fast enough that they can actually overtake horse if the horse player fumbles
