Tatta stops the hp from going down a certain hp
Deter just makes everyone immune. period.

What's the AS cap? i'm at 28k, maxed out all skills to 6, maxed talent points, maxed emblems, all legendary lvl 80 gear fully embedded at lvl 7 and have the best modules i can get rn
