So no. It doesn't matter which dungeon you do.
The rates are sickeningly low.
Most of my clears are in M6 if that matters btw.

Using the consign function, using 400 unbound orbs would grant you 185k unbound luno, and the trading center prism full price is around 190k~ish.
on the ingame store you can spend 400 unbound/bound orbs to buy the advanced material box and select a prism, or you can spend 400 bound orbs to buy the market counterpart (turn 400 orbs into 180k luno and buy it from a player). So it's worth buying full price? no way. You spend 5k~ish more per piece, and your basically giving money to someone for free, but in a scenario that you build all your unbound luno using focus, then it's worth, cuz this mean you probably couldn't afford to spend orbs on the store to buy it.
So tldr:
whale? buy directly from orb store
f2p/low spender? buy from trading center

Armbands for sure, It's Mastery ( high ) + Haste ( Low ) You don't want mastery on gear rolls, Ideally something like this, high crit or high haste it doesn't matter which.

I unfortunately can't go under 27% Mastery
But TLDR: You don't want any gear rolled to mastery other than 90 weapon and raid gear since you can't really help it.
