There are several collectibles that are outside the playable area.

Looking into my achievements, those seem to only be obtainable by the owner of the household

I joined my buddy when I was level 7.
Since then I completed the second expansion quest

because it's weird, i'm the owner but my housemates and me start together from 0, they got utopia in mist I and II but not get utopia in mist III, also got expanding space I but not get expanding space II
