step 1: clear all ur land plops of seeds recycling them with he seeds planted to destroy the seeds all of them

step 2: place again ur land plops in cross shape

step 3: get new seeds from the npc and plant them

step 4: wait for them to be ready

step 5: pick them 1 by 1 slowly to check when u get a flower of green quality or not

step 6: flower of green quality re-plant the seed on the same plop and recyle to destroy it

step 7: flower of blue or purple quality re-plant them

step 8: the empty plops from the green flowers plant new seeds from the npc

step 9: repeat till the quality of ur flowers get higher and u see flowers of the color of the pic

step 10: place the flower show on the pic on the center of the cross and dont harvest it it will help u get more later

NOTE: use photo mode to check flowers color
